Understanding that our clients require more flexibility from their consulting partners, Manta Consulting has adopted an Advisory On-Demand program, FlexHours, to provide support to business as usual initiatives. FlexHours is a non-deliverable based service offering for clients who are doing a significant amount of process work internally, but may need access to subject matter expertise or oversight.
- FlexHours provides advisory services and on-time subject matter expertise to support facilitation requirements
- Hours are purchased in 50 hour blocks
- Hours can be drawn down on an as needed basis in half hour increments over the course of a 3 month period
- Hours are used for off-site support
FlexHours will provide you with access to subject matter expertise without the heavy cost of having a consultant on site for a period of time. Our clients get access to Manta’s bench of consultants, with services including, but not limited to:
